Manpreet Sangha
- Responsible Individual
Manpreet is the Responsible Individual of the home, following his completion of his Master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics, Manpreet worked for HSBC as a management consultant, while simultaneously completing his Level 4 and 5 qualification in Health and Social Care. He then proceeded to join the team at Hollybank in 2022.
Debbie Hayes
- Manager
Debbie is the Manager of the home. She has an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and her Level 5 in Leadership and Management. She has worked in the care sector since 2008 working various roles and has been registered manager for a Domiciliary care provider since 2014 before moving over to Hollybank.
Beverley Ellis
- Deputy Manager
Beverley is the Deputy Manager of the home and has over 30 years experience in the care sector for older people and has achieved NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care. Beverley was runner up in the ‘Carer Of The Year’ category at the Care Forum Wales ‘Care Awards’ in Cardiff.
